How Video Recording Works

Start Workout

Position yourself in front of your camera and start your workout in the tracker.

Enable Recording

Click the "Record Video" button to begin capturing your workout. Recording is always optional.

Stop Recording

Click the "Stop Recording" button when you've finished your set or when you no longer want to record.

View and Download

After stopping the recording, you can view the video directly in the app or download it to your device.
